He has also worked with USA Football and the NFL Master Training Program, helping advance coaching standards, player safety, and smarter approaches to the game.
His experience extends beyond sports through work with Fortune 500 companies, school systems, private organizations, and community programs. He currently serves as a recruiter for Trine University, works with Hope Through Football, founded by NFL Hall of Famer Rod Woodson, and serves as Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hamilton, Ohio.
